Trout case motion arguments now set for May 13

WATERLOO — Pretrial motion arguments on the 11 charges former Town Supervisor Don Trout faces have been rescheduled for 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Seneca County Court.
The arguments have been delayed three times thus far.
Trout faces a felony charge, eight misdemeanor charges, and two violations in connection with his 2025 arrest for entering the town Highway Department building and damaging a television set inside in 2024.
Trout rejected a plea offer and asked for a trial. He remains free on his own recognizance.
