New Hope is an LGBTQI+ inclusive story starring Justin, an 18-year-old high school senior with two very big secrets. He's gay and trying to hold onto his secret until finishing his senior year and moving off to college. But when he loses his songbook, things take an unexpected turn as Justin begins to message a mystery guy who shares the same secret.
Being gay isn't Justin's only problem, however. But you'll have to play to find out more ;)

Thanks i was playing together on chapter 6 was in kitchen with Ethan i died i click on the arrows it told me to then it died and i made sure i did the same power twice of the same one
The time you have to click the buttons in that scene reduces with each one. So you've gotta be super quick, or else the hunt will get you! ;D

Just played the latest version of the game through on all three routes.
What an amazing game. Keep up the amazing storytelling and can't wait for the next release.
When I try to install I get "No compatible downloads were found". I am using Bazzite (linux) but I have a software that enabled be to play windows games. Could you make it possible to download?

That's the end of the previous update :)
When you download the next version, which is up on itch.io, make sure you start a new game and use the Chapter Select feature to get to the latest chapter
Game really over? After Ethans and Justins common walk through the night, it's the wrong choice, doesn't matter which of the three options (push-pull-float) Justin make? 😲
You have to always train the same skill up to that point

I'm trying to play Ethan's route, but Justin keeps losing control and Ethan dies. I'm not sure what wrong choice I made to cause this ending.

I love the game! Is it possible to hide the text bar? I have an android phone. Can't figure out how that works.
Thank you for the latest version I enjoyed playing it the design of the game I like. I like where you get to train your power and that there are consequences when you did not train certain abilities and us them.

Thank you very much for the new version... really like the new game design, having played the "old version" before. Just came about a "maybe bug" on the new version... on Ethan path, when meeting Spidey/Cain, I have three telekinetic options... but all of them lead to the loss of Ethan. Did I do something wrong on that path? Thanks in advance for enlightening me :)

To advance that scene you need to have trained the same ability twice, and then select that as your option when fighting back. That will then progress the story.

Hola , recien acabo de instalar el juego y quiero admitor q es una exelente obra maestra me enxanta su banda sonara al igual q sus personajes , lo q me doficulta un poco es q solo tiene el idioma ingles me gustaria q en un futuro agregaran otros idiomas como el español ya q para poder juegar uso un traductor por lo cual me afecta un poco mi exeoriencia en el juego pero por lo demas el jiego es bastante entretenido por lo q le doy un 1000/10 😍😍 lo q si me gustaria q agregaran el idioma español en futuras actualisaciones se q aun esta en desarollo
I'm really very much into your game. The way you develope the characters is superb. And I really like the story so far. Is it correct that in the latest version, chapter 4 does not exist anymore? It stopped after chapter three and I was really looking forward to a continuation of the plot. Nevertheless, congratulations and keep the fantastic work up. I'm eager to see more.
Hiya. I have a question about the Revived version. This is not a complaint but a curiosity and it does not make the story bad or anything like that. The story is still great and I look forward to more. I am just wondering why did you remove all the nudity in the revived version that was in the original version?
Most of the nudity from the earlier portion of the game was originally there as an incentive to pull in new players - because I was very new to the genre and just wanted to attract people into playing.
When doing the revamped version I wanted to make sure nudity made sense - and wasn’t just there for the sake of being there.
So earlier scenes have been tweaked so that the story unfolds naturally. Nudity will still very much be in New Hope - but it will build to that point :)

I made 3 different save files for each of the three possibilities. I'm curious to see how the story differs with all three possible routes.
what files though? so what do u think? the possible results?
You can save you game at any point so play until the love interest choise comes up and then make 3 save file for each character route
So exited for the next update cant wait to see the changes made to it, im also exited to meet spidey cos that cheeky pic was hot.

Hey. Really like the game. It’s just the sort of thing I wanted to read when I was a teenager. Very nostalgic. Also Theo is toally my fave character. I’m all for emotionally repressed assholes who finally overcome their fears to go after what they want.

v0.8 isn't delayed :) It's available to download exclusively on Patreon - and will be free to play 14th March!

It's not. But the author makes other VNs too, so it takes a lot of time for an update. I've been waiting for a new Hollow chapter for an incredible amount of time.

The song Ethan sings when Justin stays over... Since they're not dating and haven't even discussed being gay, it feels awkward for him to sing about having love in his heart. I know there's different kinds, but that entire scene makes me feel second-hand embarrassment and awkwardness.
Otherwise, loving this so far. Theo's my fave. <3

In case the dev doesnt add it, you can go into the files and find the images under the folder named images. Admittably they are scattered all over the place but it might be what you are looking for.
Thanks for reply, I didn't know that; but app data isn't accessible on non-rooted Android devices. besides، They create a better experience if they are seen while reading the story.
I want this so it's easier to read text messages lol. Not far in the story, but I was struggling to read the texts under the text box.
