Am I the only one disturbed by all the amount of fanfiction for SxS that portray Seto as a mad raving psychotic who either abuses/batters/rapes Shizuka? Honestly, I LIVE with someone who has a mental illness and the endemic of these sorts of fics makes me wretch.

10 pages of SetoxShizuka fanfiction. 10 pages. Various little tidbits. Kaiba surprises Shiz on their anniversary by posing as Gackt; I wouldn't really know since I was skimming through summaries.

Vampire Seto falling in love with mortal Shizuka in the middle of a war...

Oh! And Nazi!Seto helping Jewish Shizuka in the holocaust. It totally scarred my interest in the Holocaust. Ruined it. It was a slap in the faces of the German Nazi soldiers and even the Jews. I was deeply irked by that fic. read toonmahavailo's lj, and look for the entry that has 'Love of a Soldier'. Of course, it's gonna eventually get what 113 reviews because of the pairing?

The only thing that made feel better?

26 pages of Puppyshipping Goodness with so many fics, I would've died.

However, The mass of Silentshipping fanfics that flocked over ff.net at one point drove me away from the accursed site. Not to mention no more NC-17. >> There IS anime-fiction.net though...heheheheh......
