NEW UNIVERSE AHOY!

So, I doubt anyone is reading this but I feel the need to post it anyway...

We've moved on.

Sort of.

We decided "to hell with Supernatural" and moved out story from the Supernatural universe to one of our own original making. So now, instead of being a Supernatural spinoff, it's its own original story (well, as much as a reimagining can be). Translation: AWESOME TIEMS AHEAD!

The old SN version stuff will remain uploaded and posted, but just know that we've reworked a lot of the story (though, honestly, making our own universe actually made lots of stuff we'd already written fit in BETTER than it did before, so quite a bit is still the same), and that means we're also rewriting the first four episodes (yeah, the ones that took me us a year and a half to write to begin with).

We also continue to completely change around half our fantasy cast, so our manips and posters and stuff aren't really relevant anymore, but that's kind of unimportant and I doubt anyone cares, since we don't even care. ;)

Anyway, that is all. More later.

PSA.

Just wanted to drop a line here since it's been a really long while...

If anyone is still following us, WE'RE NOT DEAD, I SWEAR. And (believe it or not) we haven't given up on this thing. In fact, we add to the story almost every day.

I'm in the middle of writing the second script right now, though it's gone really slowly on account of:

a. I'm just slow
b. I've been busy
c. I had to delete everything and completely start over from scratch several times before I finally got a story I was happy with
d. We've been massively reworking a lot of the main story arc and have taken some time off from writing the actual scripts to make sure we have the individual characters' stories down solid

and last, but certainly not least:

e. We've been initiating a NEW MEMBER OF THE GEEK SQUAD TEAM!!11!11!!! So, with any luck at all, the super duper awesome firstanointed will start helping me write scripts soon, and we can get episodes posted more often ;)


Anyway, if everyone's given up on us, I certainly wouldn't blame them ;) But if you haven't, just know we're still here, just... not posting very much :p Also, you're awesome.

On the down side, I'm not close enough to finishing to get it posted today like I originally promised.

Announcement!

First off, to all you following our little comm here: We luff you all!!! THANK YOU!

Now, to prove to you that there IS something worth following for (I hope you think it's worth it, anyway), I am here to officially announce that we will be releasing (read: posting) our first episode January 22! (Yes, we chose that date to coincide with the return of Supernatural on the 21st.)

After the first episode, we plan to release episodes every two weeks (or every other week if enough inspiration strikes) after that.

As I've said before, some of these "episodes" will be in the form of full-on scripts, others will just be plot synopses, character development details, and little drabble-size scenes that we've written... it all depends on what we're inspired to do (and how crucial to the arc and character storylines the episodes are, I suppose).

Anyway, once again, January 22!

As I already mentioned, we moved the location of this "show" from Collinsport, Maine (the fictional town where the original took place) to Union, Pennsylvania (which, coincidentally, is also sort of a fictional city, as the real place is technically "Union Township"). But as this story focuses on a specific family (and the people around them) and the main characters are relatively stationary, it'd be good to show where they're living, yes?
