I got the dimensions a bit wrong and she looks much darker without proper background, so... at least the species is recognizable if not quite the individual or breed? (You can also tell from the very stylished greeting text that I wasn't in hurry at all... nope, not even slightly! Never happens to me with these things... ^.^)
We were talking in chat the other day about the traditional reindeer meat dish, so as a clarification for those who were present and as a random food related fact to those who weren't, apparently the proper name for it is sautéed reindeer. The external link for the recipe seems to be dead at the moment, but I'm hopeful it will come back in due time since it points to a rather useful site I've often used when I've tried to translate something food-related to English -- it would be a tragedy to lose it. I also completely forgot there are reindeer sausages as well, as I rarely eat any kind of sausages. Apparently reindeer meatballs too, not sure if I've ever had any.
For a second day in a row I'm losing connection almost every second time I refresh or try to enter a comment or move into any LJ page, and still LJ Status says that everything is functioning normally... is it really just me with the problems? It's not quite as bad today as yesterday, now I'm more often getting just insanely long loading times instead of complete failure, but still rather annoying.
