This community is a place where people can come to discuss the Anita Blake novels by Laurell K. Hamilton.
This community was made because the other Anita Blake community has been taken over by a bunch of nazi-tyrants with a desperate need for control. When people have different views, they threaten to ban them. In essence, they have ruined what was once a great community.
This new community is a place where fans can come to talk about all of the Anita books. To make sure the community stays alive, I will occasionally post games, contests and questions. I'm even considering starting a LJ journal project (anita based) where we can all trade journals relating to Anita Blake. For example, when you get a journal you can write your thoughts about the book, include fan fiction, write a poem about the book, include drawings, make a collage, etc. If you have any ideas or experience with this, contact me and let me know.
If you would like to join this community there are a few simple rules:
* use an LJ cut for a spoiler
(note: a spoiler is a specific event that happens in the book. Ex. "Richard dies" is a spoiler./ "The new book is filled with sex" is not not a spoiler.
If someone makes a post with a spoiler, please notify me immediately. However, do not whine and complain that every little thing is a spoiler. Saying that the book has no plot does not constitute as a spoiler. If you're unsure of whether it's a spoiler or not, you can always ask.
