R U L E S ;;
• You may enter up to 3 icons unless otherwise stated.
• Submissions must meet LiveJournal size standards: no bigger than 100x100 pixels [40KB], in either JPG, GIF or PNG format.
• Use only the image[s] provided, unless otherwise stated.
• Your are allowed to use the same picture more than once.
• You can use the same picture in all 3 icons if you like.
• Animation is not at any time allowed; this is a stills community.
• Blending, brushes, text, gradients, textures, etc. are all allowed and highly encouraged.
• Do not post your entries anywhere else until voting is over and the winners announced.
• All icons must be new and made specifically for the current challenge.
• Do not take any icons without permission from the artist.

• You must be a member of the community to enter.
• Challenges will be issued every Monday and entries due 11:00 PM Friday.
• All time zones are PST. Calculate your time zone by using the The World Time Server.
• Post your submission[s] in a comment to the challenge post under your username. No anonymous submissions will be accepted.
• All comments are screened.
• Submissions must include both the icon and URL, like so:

• You must be a member of the community to vote.
• Do not vote for your own icons.
• Do not ask your friends to vote for you.
• Vote for 3 icons unless otherwise stated - 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
• Depending on the number of entries, additional catagories such as best crop, most original and best color may be added.
• Voting is weighted: a 1st place vote is worth 3 points, 2nd place worth 2 points and 3rd place worth 1 point.
• There will be 3 winners for each challenge [1st, 2nd & 3rd places] in addition to a mod's choice, unless otherwise stated.
• Winners will receive banners shortly after voting is closed.
