Author's Notes: Strangely my muses are in the mood for nonfanfic stuff right now. For sanity's sake this is a mix of my fanfic and AUing after the series ends with having Alexis be a Seeker too.
Starscream stared up into space while Alexis slept in his arms. It became a nightly ritual for them over the past ten years, one that Starscream found comfort in after knowing that his love was safe and Unicron was no more. Even though Galvatron was also gone, Starscream couldn't help but wonder what could have happened if he didn't reach through the veil that the Decepticons leader kept over his optics and show him the real threat the unmaker posed. They risked everything to save Cybertron and were rewarded with everything they ever wanted right at their fingertips with their entire future within reach.
Alexis stirred, onlining her soft green optics as she smiled at her mate, snuggling closer while he caressed her cheek. She had grown so much in the time since they met and they both developed a relationship no one could deny. Even Rad, Carlos, Billy and Fred respected Alexis' wishes to be with Starscream, knowing he was the one being that Alexis cared for the most, even with the other Autobots available. The five human children had been rewarded with being given Transformer bodies by Primus so they could stay close to their Autobot friends, even though they were far from Earth. Connections between Cybertron and Earth had been established to keep peace between the two planets and Starscream and Alexis were made ambassadors.
But right now, all either really cared about was enjoying the serenity of the night on Earth and their love for each other.
