I am Jaafar, living in Gaza, and I have created a fundraising campaign to help my family cover the costs of living amid the difficult humanitarian conditions we are facing, the high prices, and the severe shortage of basic necessities. My name is Malak. I am married, and I currently live with my husband in a small, worn-out tent. What should be a time of hope and preparation for our baby has instead become a daily struggle to survive.

Our tent has been badly damaged and can no longer protect us from the harsh conditions around us. Every day, we wake up worried about how we will get through another night. When the weather changes, the situation becomes even more difficult. Living in such an unsafe and unstable place is especially frightening during pregnancy.
