I've got a list of 10 of my favorite pairings. All you need to do is give me a number (1-10) and something for them to do, like washing dishes or fighting crime, and I'll write a snippet/ficlet.

P.S. I don't think it has ever taken me so long to come up with a list of favourite pairings because I've gave up on many ships/shows and had to refrain from adding real life couples to fill up the spaces. But I'm happy with them and they are my favourites. Would like a few of these, and happy to do more than one per pairing.

So I was just listening to my iPod (trying to not listen to sad songs after the upset of hearing the news that one of my favourite horse racing jockeys has died on holiday, RIP Campbell Gillies) and this song came on. For me this song is just brilliant. Generally I think most Heart songs are brilliant but this just hits me more than some of the others. I think it's special because most of the 'love songs' I have tell the story of how it leads to heartbreak - I listen to a ton of country music so that theme is always there - whereas this is about how the characters fell in love and are still together. 
I love how the guy is just like "I didn't do anything" when she wants to know what made them fall in love so easily and passionately.

There are really two verses in it but as usual the genius of Ann and Nancy Wilson pull it off in a blinding performance with superb backing vocals and amazing lead vocals by Anne. A good guitar line is vital in this band's work and the one in this song is beautiful.
