Alt Models **Read Rules before posting**

Are you fed-up with garbage, full-of-shit sites where nobody actually communicates, such as Facebook, Instagram and Tumblr? Do you wish your old friends who've migrated to those sites would return to LiveJournal? The the_lj_revival community has been set up with that aim in mind, and you are invited to join it. I met Grace on Monday and she came to the studio on Thursday. She is amazingly beautiful. We coined a word that exceeds any word we could have gotten out of the dictionary - Pythonic. It is OUR word and it will be ours forever.

2013 - the second week into July, found me and the rest of the team, on the desolate Bodmin Moors for our first photoshoot of this year. I think we are all bloody insane to book a full week of location shooting in the dead of winter.
The weather was appalling and the most difficult location shot I have ever attempted. But as I surrounded by such amazing creative talent... like we were going to let hail, gales, bogs, rain, more rain, light rain, heavy rain, cow poo, pony poo, rain ... get in the way. I've attached a few images from that incredible shoot, but to understand the full story, please go to our new website, which aims to showcase the creative talent of each person responsible for these photographs.

Thank you for all the positive feedback. I'm really glad you enjoy my work. There will be more work posted around November time because I will be in Chicago for 2 months and shooting my ass off lol. It was hard to make this video happen because working on it was giving me the hugest spasm of shyness. Fortunately, Forrest Black and I still managed to bust it out. So now you can see behind-the-scenes footage of what our nightlife portraiture shoots look like, as part of the Kickstarter for our California Deathrock book project.

I love the idea of doing a creative project where I know how many to print beforehand. The way Kickstarter is set up, people pledge to get a copy of the book, but Amazon only charges them after the funding period is complete (in this case the end of the first week of June) and then only if the project is 100% funded. Our book is 104% funded as of today, which I am super happy and more than a little relieved about.

Special thanks to Death Guild and Release the Bats where some of this video was shot. Much love to Margo, Satoki, Thee Gabe, Domiana, Kat, Thistle (RIP), Talia, Christian, Jenn Bats, Dave Bats, Shane Taleda, Matt Riser, Eva O, and everyone else in the contact sheets and photos and video footage.
