Alphas (SYFY)

With the recent succes of the Veromn Mars Kickstarter campagin, my faith has been renewed that fans can achieve anything we put our minds to, when we do it together, that is. As such, I've been thinking alot about AL:PHAS lately and if there is anything that we fans can do. What do you lot think? Should we start a save ALPHAS campagin to try and get SYFY to give the show a (belated) third season? Should we try to convince the necessary people in Hollywood to create a Kickstarter campagin to get a movie made? Any ideas, my friends?

Co-creator an X-Men: The Last Stand riter Zakk Penn tweeted, “Appreciate the tweets. Six year journey for me and [co-creator @mkarnow omes to an end. But a new one begins soon. To Vegas. Where it all began.

“In retrospect,” he added, sarcastically, “we should’ve just cast Snooki and Ke$ha like the network wanted. Hindsight is always 20/20.”

Liane Balaban (Anna) has been making guest appearances on Supernatural this season. Her character on Supernatural is Amelia. She only appears when there's flashback to what Sam was doing while Dean was away.

And tonight's episode, Kathleen Munroe (Danielle) made an appearance on the show.

I can agree that I'm like Rachel in some ways, especially early season one Rachel when she was more of a pushover than she is currently. I do follow the rules, like the little stamp says. Honestly, though, I don't think I'm very much like any of the characters. Rachel just happens to be the closest to the truth,

Why do "mundanes" fear mutants/alphas/superhumanity? Because they fear these people will use their powers to harm others, particularly non-supers.

Why do non-supers fear that supersede will abuse their powers like that? Because superhumans have a capacity for evil.

Why do superhumans get the capacity for evil?

From their humanity.

It isn't the superhuman aspect that people fear--it's the human mind controlling it.

Do any of you RP characters from Alphas? I just recently brought Rachel to a game and my friend brought Gary. It's pretty fun. I don't know of any games that are specifically about the show. This one we're in is a multifandom game.
