Hello, I'll be doing my best to take over for Nherizu and a1y-puff for organizing Yullen Week this year. I'm unfamiliar with html and only really leech on LJ, unfortunately, so please bear with me. This year's main overall theme is "Until the end, I'll fight alongside you" as decided among the few people who cared enough to vote. Right now, we're taking suggestions for themes here or on tumblr. We're in dire need of theme suggestions. The deadline for theme suggestions is on Aug. 16th. Graphics submissions are also open.

I plan to change Yullen Celebration Weeks to be held twice a year--from Dec.18th to Dec.31st will feature the winter edition. Ideally, writers and illustrators/graphic artists will register and collaborate. There will also be a prompt system that I'll try to work sort of like a kinkmeme. Then from June 1st-7th will be the summer edition, which will be a video livestream event with subbed NicoNicoDouga videos, manga analysis, Kanda and Allen clips from the anime, etc.

This year, I really want to incorporate a contest into this to inspire more entries, but that's only if we have enough entries. I'm willing to sponsor artist commissions and doujinshi at reasonable prices, but so far I'm doing everything alone. I'm searching for someone else to help me by gathering suggestions, going around and informing people of YW and getting them to vote in theme polls, etc. I'm really busy with real life, with work and trying to sort out paperwork to study abroad in Japan. However, I love Yullen too much, and am willing to make time for it. I hope some of you are willing to be less apathetic and do the same.

Hello, thank you so much for your suggestions! This year the number of suggestions has increased, so while last year we only had 50 best themes, now we have chosen 60 best themes out of 152 theme-suggestions! :D

The 60 themes are divided into 2 categories: main and optional themes. Now it’s time for you to decide which of them are going to be our final themes!

The things you need to know:

- You do NOT need to create a Livejournal Account to vote. We use a third party’s poll service so that everyone can participate in this poll. =)

- This is a secured poll, so each person can only vote once. You cannot undo or resubmit your vote, so please think carefully before submitting your vote!
