    realistically speaking, it will probably be hard for him to get any loans because from the lenders perspective, since he's a foreigner he might just leave and not pay. Why does he need the money?

    US Immigration Medical Exam
    It's all about infectious diseases, AIDS, TB etc. Mine involved a blood test and an urine sample and they made me wait a few days for the results. This was years ago though and took place in Europe…
