Realistically speakg, his best bet might just be to speak to someone at school to see if he can work something out financially. With any loan, he might not even be in the USA long enough after…

realistically speaking, it will probably be hard for him to get any loans because from the lenders perspective, since he's a foreigner he might just leave and not pay. Why does he need the money?

US Immigration Medical Exam
It's all about infectious diseases, AIDS, TB etc. Mine involved a blood test and an urine sample and they made me wait a few days for the results. This was years ago though and took place in Europe…
