Manga

Hello again! I'm sorry to post on top of my other post but I just got the Akihabara@DEEP manga today and was wondering if anyone would benefit/like to see the manga? I have enough time on my hands to scan it and let everyone see.

It's.. different. VERY very close to the book but moves waaaaaaay too fast. Page is crazy insane in this one and doesn't stutter as much but is a super-dooper hacker guy and kind of.. well.. loco. Sucks on suckers a lot. MMmm.. and is very young.

As for the others.. No Izm. No Daruma. Box is kind of.. plain.. Same for the others. And Akira actually likes all the Otaku stuff and likes to cosplay. It's odd.

The art looks like Shin Megami Tensei's and Death Note's artist had a baby that wasn't great with angles..

I wasn't thrilled with it but, it's different, so..

Anyone want to see it?

Hello!

Although I am not new to the fandom, I am new to this community. Hello! Nice to meet you!

Haha.. but, a bit about me: My favorite character is Page (of course). He got me with his weirdo-ness. Um.. I acutally don't have a second favorite because I love the rest equally.. but, I favor Box/Page couplings, and.. well.. just about anyone with Page (but Akira. That just sort of weirds me out.) I want to see a Taiko/Box/Page.. muu *shameface*.. But, yosh.

Oh. An old Box/Page colorbar floating around. I will probably hit my photobucket for avatars and what not, soon.

Oh. And one more thing. I LOVE FANFICTION. It's so hard to find of Akihabara@DEEP. If you have any that are not in this community, I will totally do stuff for it.

Sign-ups are now open for the Japanese Drama Remix Exchange! For those who've never seen or participated in a remix challenge before, here's a basic explanation (text borrowed liberally from remixredux):

Rewrite someone else's story, tell somebody else's tale. Take the work of another person and wrap it up in your vision and style, just like a remixer does to songs.

Has anyone watched Dictionary of akihabara@deep yet? It is actually the making of the series and has awesome footage of Kazama Shunsuke practising Page's lines and being adorable with Ikuta Toma. Also, how they filmed Akira's action scenes and just generally a lot of great stuff behind the scenes.
