If you look down, you'll notice that one of the rules state that you are responsible for your own plots. However, I think the occasional kink in someone's plans is exciting. So every once in a while, a certain event will happen. The event can be as insignificant as "a random car crashed into a wall today" and grow as important as "Bad Luck has beaten Nittle Grasper on the music charts!" Some events will affect a lot of characters, and some will only affect one or two. I assure you that none of the plots will be things that are specifically detrimental to any character's physical or mental health (unless you want it to, of course). For example, there will be no things like "Yuki Eiri got stabbed in the head during a mugging." However, there might be something like "There's a pickpocket on the loose in Tokyo."
The plots will be made as even as possible, and as broad as possible. The point is to throw an idea out there, and let the players take it where they want. This is just something new to try, and we'll see how it works out.
The game will start once we have the rest of Nittle Grasper, and Suguru. I'd like to have them before accepting OCs, but it's not a requirement.
As for the timeline, I will take votes from the players.

1) Standard RP rules apply. No god-moding.
2) Standard courtesy rules apply. Be nice. If I get a complaint about it, which I rarely ever do, it obviously insulted SOMEBODY. Be big and apologize, plain and simple.
3) Keep IC and OOC separate. PLEASE.
4) You MUST post MINIMUM once a week, unless I get a reason beforehand, and a period of non-posting time. This includes both IC and OOC reasons.
One week = every seven days
For all people with IC reasons for not posting, you have 11 days, unless I hear a specific reason for more. Posting is needed to keep up the game, so just do it.
I'm cracking down on this rule. First time without a reason is a warning, second time is a booting. NO exceptions. Please just keep up.
5) You are responsible for your own plots. That's the point of RPing. Make your own, PLEASE. I'm not some sort of plotmaster here. If you ABSOLUTELY can't, and I see that you made an effort, I will help ONLY THEN.
6) If someone complains to me about you, don't take it personally if I ask you about it. It's the moderator's job to do so. Not every complaint will result in an action against the one complained about.
7) Don't be afraid to experiment. ^-^v
8) If your RPing becomes unsatisfactory in anyway, we will ask you, and help you, to fix it. We will not be rude in any way, we're just gonna be here to help. However, we do want to see improvement. If we don't...>.> we're gonna ask you to leave with grace. I want quality RPing here, and I do want to give everyone a fair shot, but bad RPing can't be tolerated. If you think you need help, please ask.
9) Any and all questions/complaints are VERY, VERY welcome, on the grounds that they are polite and show thought. Any rude comments will result in suspension/banning.
10) If you cannot handle angst, do not join. You've been warned. ^^;;;
11) Everyone needs to RP with ALL the people their charry talks to in the show. Meaning, if you play K, you should be RPing with BL, Sakano, Tohma, your wife, Ark, and even Ryu occasionally. Each relationship can give birth to a new plots, so indulge!!!
12) Write your journal entries in legible English, unless your charry is drunk or high or something. Just...do it.
IMPORTANT: The mods want this to be a very active RP. We would prefer it if you could be online more than once a week to post, as we like a lot of interaction between the characters, and good plotting takes more than an hour a week online. Realtime conversations can be done through AIM to keep plotting going. Most of the people currently in the RPG are on often, and post often. I chose some of them specifically for this reason (besides skill, of course). If you are not online enough, you might fall behind in the plots, and it can be hard to catch up on ten to twenty journals a week, plus AIM conversations. While being online often is not a requirement, staying up to date and finishing RPs IS. Please allow enough time in your schedule for it.
To audition, send an email with a journal entry for the character you want to sunaveined@aol.com. It should be in the first person, and should be something your character would write in their own journals if they had one. Meaning no storymode. Also, write which one of the rules you think is most important to keep this RP strong. If you have played the charry before, please give me a link so I can check it out. ^-^ There will be a second part of the audition that I will explain when I receive the first part. Please pay attention to not only the surface of a character (e.g. Shuichi's bubbly persona) and look deep into the character. This doesn't mean to make the entry overly angsty. I prefer happier audition entries actually, but what I'm saying, is if all I sense is a strictly one-dimensional character, it probably won't be picked. Also, watch the language. Shuichi would NEVER use the word "debonair." EVAR. Just don't do it.
OCs are welcome here. However, I want a 1000 word bio on the character. It's the only way to prevent Mary Sues of d00m.
