AFA Employee Assistance Program
The AFA EAP helps members, their families and partners deal with concerns on and off the job that affect them. The AFA EAP is strongly committed to the health, safety and well-being of our members.
Disaster Relief Fund
The AFA Disaster Relief Fund is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization that directly assists flight attendants or their surviving partners and families in the aftermath of disasters.
FADAP
The Flight Attendant Drug and Alcohol Program (FADAP) is a substance-abuse prevention program, created and promoted for and by the flight attendant profession and funded by the FAA.
Scholarships
AFA members and our families are eligible for scholarships and tuition assistance through AFA, CWA, and Union Plus programs.
Voluntary Short-Term Disability
As Lifetime AFA members, Legacy US Airways Flight Attendants (LUS) will have another opportunity to enroll in the voluntary Short-Term Disability (STD) plan.
