Holiday Activity Fund Programme Summer 2026
We are delivering a FREE multi-sport activity programme during the school Summer school holidays at Bidston Sports and Activity Centre.
The Holiday Activity Fund Programme provides free meals and activities to Wirral children in conjunction with Edsential and Wirral Borough Council and associated groups.
Booking is essential with parental consent.
Four weeks of free activities at
Bidston Sports and Activity Centre
Monday 27th July to Thursday 20th August
10:00am – 2:00pm
Activities include Badminton, Tag Active, Football, Tennis, Cricket and Rugby.

CONFIRMATION
Application of a place on the Holiday Activity Fund Programme does not guarantee your child a space. Once a child’s place is secure on the programme you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided.

FOOD PROVIDED
Lunch is provided for all who attend and can be selected using the consent form. It is the responsibility of the parent or carer to ensure that we are made aware of all allergy or food intolerance.
ELIGIBILITY
Ofsted regulations state that all children MUST be between the ages of 8 – 15 years old and in receipt of pupil premium to access the HAF programme. Alternatively, parents and carers can access the Active Wirral Holiday Club for just £15 per child per day, view further details here.
