I can feel your pain - RP for likely_evil & hasperkynipples

It was another typical, boring night with the loft to herself while her siblings were out living their lives. Anna was stuck inside like a caged animal, spiraling downward into her own Hell more and more each day. And while she had the occasional nagging feeling that bit at her from time-to-time, the one she had tonight was by far the worst.

"DEAN! SAM!" She screamed out in fear as she fell to her knees and doubled over in pain, clutching at her chest with her left hand while she tried to control her breathing. Something was wrong. This wasn't like the time when Jo and Ellen were killed. This was much worse than anything she'd ever felt before.

Crawling to the table where her cell was, she gritted her teeth and reached out to knock it down to the floor where she was and managed to hit Dean's number on speeddial. Voicemail.

Sam's number. A few rings, then voicemail. She tried three times and when there was no answer, she got to her feet and called the Crime Lab.

"Adam. I need you to get me a trace on Sam's phone. I don't have time to explain. Just do it." Anna nearly threw her phone at the wall when all she got was a 10-mile radius pointing to some small hicktown in southern Iowa. But it would have to do for now. Gathering her gun holster, knives, and ammo, she got dressed and grabbed her old fake ID's.

"ZERACHIEL!"

The lights flickered for a moment as the energy shifted in the room and Anna turned around to find the blonde vessel of the Archangel Zerachiel standing before her, looking concerned. "Anna?"

"Something's wrong. I can feel it. I need you to take me to Iowa."

"Anna, you are in no shape to be leaving the protection of your home."

Stomping angrily, she spat back, "Damnit if you won't do it, I'll find some other way!"

Face twitching in disapproval, the angel sighed heavily and touched her fingertips to the insistent woman's forehead. They had searched half a dozen motels and came up with nothing until their search brought them to a motel a little further off the traveled path.

"That's his Impala. They're here, Zi." Adjusting her sling, Anna nearly ran into the motel and shoved a photo of Sam and Dean in the desk worker's face. Once she got the room number, she all but dragged the angel down the hallway with her and began to dig for her lock-picking set. But when the door slowly opened on it's own she stopped fidgeting and drew her gun.

"Why I need to pick the lock when I have an angel is beyond me." She muttered to herself as she slipped into the room and quietly closed the door behind her.

"Sam? Dean?"
