Want to bring the cosmos to your next private event? The Amateur Astronomers Association (AAA) is available!
Fee & Services: A flat fee of $1,000 covers a two (2) hour program with two to three (2–3) observers. Our trained experts will supply the telescopes and the knowledge! All bookings are confirmed based on volunteer and equipment availability.
Advance Notice: Requests must be submitted no less than four (4) weeks in advance so that AAA has adequate time to locate and coordinate volunteers. Event requests submitted less than four weeks in advance may be turned down.
Required Information: All booking requests must include the following:
- Name of Organization/Event
- Contact name (you or the individual organizing the event)
- Contact phone number
- Contact email, if additional or different from the email used for submission
- Age range of participants
- Number of participants
- Desired date & time with a rain date, if applicable.
NOTE: AAA reserves the right to decline requests based on availability or scope. Incomplete submissions may result in delays or inability to confirm your booking. All stargazing is weather dependent, and rain dates are strongly encouraged.
