Six Wives

Hey! I just wanted to give a quick plug for a Facebook page that I run. The page is all about Anne Boleyn and the Tudors during the reign of Henry VIII. My page has lots of articles, images, video clips and lots and lots of discussion and comments. It’s a friendly page dedicated to Anne Boleyn and Tudor history. Anne Boleyn: Queen to History

A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by a lovely lady from Spain who wanted to place a multiple order for her and some of her friends and one of the characters desired was Anne Boleyn.
Only this time inspired by one of her costumes in the series The Tudors.

*Waves* Hello! My name’s Sarah and I’m a big lover of all things Tudor! My specific area of interest is Anne Boleyn and the reign of Henry VIII. I’m just writing this short post to say hello and to try and make some new friends! I’d really like to meet people with a similar interest in Tudor history and shared interests.

I'm not sure if anyone in this community listens to podcasts but there's a great one that I listen to called Tudor Talk which is done by a lady called Virginia from Texas. She usually has a guest podcaster join her each week and they talk about the Tudors in 'pop culture' so movies, books, the tv series etc. I'm currently listening to her most recent episode where she's talking about an episode of The Tudors and have just finished listening to another episode where she talks about David Starkey's 'The Six Wives of Henry VIII'. She's been doing the podcast for over a year now.

Virginia isn't an expert in Tudor History, but just another fan who's interested in finding out more about the Tudor dynasty and it's been fun going along for the ride with her. She's open to corrections and learning more about the Tudors from listeners too.

I access the podcast through iTunes so I'm not sure where else you'd be able to download it from - I'm sure there'd be other websites where you could get it. You can access the Tudor Talk site orFacebook page to get more information.

I'm not affiliated in any way with Tudor Talk or Virginia - I just think it's another great thing that Tudor fans would like to be aware of :)
