Just pulled a few vegetables out of the fridge. I've never done a lot of still life shots even though I love the look. My problem with still life is lighting ( and being horrible at it ) so hopefully by the end of my project in 9 ( ish ) months, i'll be better at it.
I like the look of this, especially the water droplets on the pepper. The lighting is a little strong I think. Shadows add mood and help accentuate your subject. Experiment with different lighting levels and direction to see what works best. You could also try diffusing your light.

I have just done one with onions, but not posted it yet. The lighting is hard to get right and the composition it too I found.
