Sabiha is having a birthday party at the exact place of her birth, 307 Pine Street, in Philadelphia! She's better than we are at planning ahead, so it's all the way on August 6th. You should all come!

Last night was topless night here at the good ol 307, and you suckers missed it. Judging from the current state of Hot as Ballsness here in philly, it will be happening again.

Also: has anyone seen the remote to our TV?
take one step...come up for air...

If they're selling elephants for a quarter...

Artie and I were just at Wawa('s) and right in front of the register there was a box of Cadbury Creme Eggs. Post-Easter it's expected that they'd be on sale, right? But there was a sign taped to them that said simply "1¢". Artie was appropriately incredulous, but the lady just replied, "that's what the sign says." He asked if we could buy the whole box.

We could.

And did.

43 of those fuckers. And she only charged me one cent for the whole thing.

Somehow, this is better than if they were free.

Sean got to see me in all of my naked splendor this morning. He was getting ready for work, and he talked to me through my door, and then made sounds that fooled me into thinking he had left. So I got up and went to the bathroom. He hadnt left, and I hadnt put clothes on.
I warned those bastards that I am naked a lot, before we moved in together, so Sean should count himself lucky that this was the first time he has seen my skinny white ass, and package(yes both are skinny and white.) I attribute this largely to the fact that it has been winter and I have actualy been sleeping with clothes on.

Okay, Ben and I walked to WaWa this morning, and tried to buy some batteries!

WaWa's

They didn't have any batteries, so we went to CVS. But that's not important. What is important, is that 307 pine has three hundred and seven people in it, so we get to post Collapse )

Class? Are you ready for your history lesson?

This is 307pine in 1987. Please note the dumb looking cars, the denim jackets, and the excitement about Music Television. The top left window is Artie's, and the top right window is Ben's. I wonder if someone is getting action in there in tight jeans?

In 1987, everyone who lives at 307pine was still a baby, but the house was already more than one hundred years old! It can get on Septa for half price, and it gets a five dollar discount at the theatres I work at.

Thanks to rjwhite for pointing me to the site.
