i'm out on day 9 (my day 10). I binged like crazy. I'll spare you the details.
I'm so sorry.
went out with friends, so ended up at 350. but i worked off 320 + ab stuff lost, so only 30 total...
I'm posting early to motivate myself. 305 thus far today, and it's only 4 pm. I CANNOT eat any more today. so here's my total: 305. Let's hope it stays there!
Well, if I don't screw it up in the next hour or so I'll be about 175 for the day.
Anyone resign yourself to caving, beat yourself up for caving, feel like crap all day and then realize later that you never actually did cave? I think I've even had days like that where the scale has reflected the screwup i never had. I swear, I'm psychotic!
I have to go to this stupid work thing this weekend which basically means I'll be working my ass off for free and so unavailable for support, ladies. Sorry.
I was teetering on the brink all damn day today so it doesn't bode well for being surrounded all weekend by food. <sigh>
Why is it sometimes you can be in the zone and NOTHING can phase you and other times nothing can get you INTO the zone? rrr

i've been doing (well attempting) below 500 for the entire month of may. I was 157 before all that, so I've lost a bit but probably fucked up my metabolism. i'm also going on medications so i might end up retaining water :(
i started yesterday and will keep going until june 8th.
