 What we call him : Benjamin,Benjamin Justin,Bubbie,Love bug,Bub Where he lays his head :  How Many Candles : 2 - October 5thBenjamin is the typical 2 and a half year old. He loves to say his ABC's and count to 25, He loves to annoy mommy with the counting. He is a wonderful big brother. He loves to sing and dance and play with his cars and his garage. He loves to swim the lake at his mom mom and pops camp ground. He is the spitting image of his father. He loves all the color wonder stuff. He knows the words to Cars & Finding Nemo very well ( Thanks to my MIL). He also loves to walk the dogs with mommy. He is a very funny,sweet,caring child I am so thankful to have him in my life. I cannot remember life without him. |
What we call him : Mason,Mason Logan,Budda Ball,Turkey Where he lays his head :  How Many Candles : 2 Months - May 7thMason came alittle early and spent the first 2 weeks in the NICU, he had to be put on a ventilator, he was giving surfactant twice and 2 days later was off the vent and breathing on his own. He tear ducts weren't fully developed, so he has clogged tear ducts. While he was in the NICU they operated on him and clears his right eye, he has to go in for surgery on his left one. Mason's struggle made me a better STRONGER person. You never know your strength until you see your baby with tubes running all through them and you are sitting there telling him about his brother and that he will make it through this. He truly is a miracle. He was a preemie born at 35 weeks weighing in at a whopping 7lbs 5oz. He did lose alot of weight while in the NICU and believe me he is making up for it now. He looks like mommy completely. He loves the sound of his Big Brothers voice, He loves his rainforest bedroom, he loves belly time. |
