PERFORM enables organizations and portfolios to set goals, track progress against user-defined targets, and achieve third-party verification from the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI). PERFORM supports various portfolio-level metrics across categories such as emissions, energy, water, waste, health, resilience, biodiversity and social impact. PERFORM complements LEED, the most widely used green building rating system globally. With LEED, individual buildings can earn certification. Whereas PERFORM works with the entire portfolio of properties so organizations can demonstrate portfolio-level achievements by setting goals, tracking performance improvements, and earning verification and limited assurance from GBCI.

PERFORM verification fees

Verification enables organizations to receive third-party limited assurance and recognition by GBCI for demonstrating improvement or reaching self-defined milestones. Verification fees are charged per metric verification and priced to include all properties in the defined portfolio.
