Is this Ice Cube record a gatefold?

Ice Cube - AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted

I suspect it is, but wanted to check and see if anyone has a non-gatefold version, as it's not marked. [This is also an argument for always adding "Gatefold" to FTF, even if not a differentiating factor.]

Looks like that 2003 press might be better titled "AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted / Kill At Will".

I don’t have this reissue, but imo the first question that should be asked is whether r226506 should be restored to the Ice Cube - AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted m97462 MR? If so, then gatefold is ok in the FTF. If not, then all of the other versions with the Kill At Will bonus tracks should be removed from the existing MR and a new one should be created.

I don’t know. It meets the criteria under RSG §16.2.1 for a MR and RSG §16.2.3 says:
“Releases that combine two albums can't be on the same Master release as the individual albums.”
This is an album + an EP, so it’s not explicitly prohibited by RSG §16.2.3

Seem like RSG §6.16.4 makes this a Compilation. Can/should Compilations be in the same MR as the one of the releases combined?

To a certain extent, this is fuzzy, which is probably why the vinyl version is currently on its own. It is presented like a compilation of the two releases (back cover is Kill At Will.) However, the CD versions make it look like the Kill At Will tracks are bonus tracks.

Yet [g6.16,6] says “Releases reissued with bonus or extra tracks should not be tagged as a compilation”. An argument can be made that those are just bonus tracks. Imo this is very debatable and just needs a few opinions to be sorted.
