Qubes-OS transfer files from and to HVM
Yes, you can copy files between HVM⟺HVM & HVM⟺AppVM.
I didn't find any way in Qubes Documentation to do that.
I guess developers of Qubes didn't give this feature still.

Why are all snap processes hanging?
The problem was that the virtual disk which contained my home directory (/rw) was full.
Visible through vgs or lvs.
Increasing the private storage size for the VM immediately fixed all these problems.
