I ran the command on Ubuntu 19.04

Why it shows error? I have the following repositories in /etc/apt/sources.list

Bionic is for version 18.04 LTS.
Dingo is for version 19.04 which you are using.
Substitute 'dingo' where you now have 'bionic'.

E: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/gezakovacs/ppa/ubuntu disco Release' does not have a Release file.

You should keep bionic codename instead of disco (it doesn't exist yet) , see the list of the accepted Ubuntu codenames here.

Use the following command:

sudo sed -i 's/disco/bionic/' /etc/apt/sources.list.d/gezakovacs*.list
sudo apt update
