James Timothy Daly (born March 1, 1956 in Manhattan, New York) is an American actor best known as Joe Hackett on Wings, and to superhero fans as the voice of Superman in several animated projects. He also voiced the father in Disney's English dub of My Neighbor Totoro and played Dr. Pete Wilder in Private Practice and Dr. Henry McCord (another kind of doctor) in Madam Secretary.
His sister is actress Tyne Daly, his father is actor James Daly, and his son is actor Sam Daly.
