- The Karotechia is finally destroyed by Delta Green, MAJESTIC, and SV8 in 2003, ending their Karma Houdini status once and for all.
- Delta Green manages to assassinate huge numbers of the Fate and accelerate the organization's collapse once their Enemy Civil War as well as the absence of their patron, Stephen Alzis happens.
