Back from Oz. Went well, yay. More on that later, maybe.
I just realised Sarah McLachlan release a new album! Awesome - have grabbed it and listening now. Saw that AllMusic gave it a 2 star review, and a criticism that she hasn't changed much in the last 7 years, and seems out of touch with contemporary music trends such as Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift. Wtf?

Tomorrow I'll be logging into my computer and I will not leave my seat until I've caught up with all of the work that has accumulated (both IRL and online) over the last three weeks or so since I've been AWOL. God only knows what I've missed, ever since come back to Dunedin I think I've been in a bit of a slump. That, and real-life dramatics have continued. *head-desk* Hopefully those of you who have been waiting for me to get back to you, will do so tomorrow. Poke me here if there is anything I forget.
Okay, I was watching True Blood in the background while I was cleaning up my computer files and then DELETED IMPORTANT THINGS. I hate you True Blood. Um, so how can I recover stuff? Is it possible? And is it possible for free?
Okay, hrm, I think I can find the files using various programmes. But it says I need to save to another drive...but I only have the one, so I'll probably need to steal a friends external drive. GRR. ARGH.
My plan for today is to completely get through my 'to do' list, so I can focus on other things. Finally. So, that means all my e-mail, that TFL work I haven't done yet (onto it, Morgan!) and website stuff...that fanlisting I'm ignoring (gah!) and then (hah!) real life work.
...and then when I go home I'll start work on my to do list for there. If I am successful, then Tuesday will be awesome!
Agh, it has been forever since I've posted here...or even been about the internet. For most of Decemeber I was up-and-down between home and 'home-home' for various birthdays and christmas/new year stuffs. Hope you all had a happy holiday season - and thank you for the birthday messages here and in other places. Eventually, I'll get around to responding to them all...I hope.
Now I have a month of e-mail and work to catch up on - hurrah!
Need a bit of help from all of you - I've switched IM programmes (as Trillian wouldn't connect to MSN...only took me 6 months to notice!). So now I can't figure out who is who. Can you post with your IM names so I can re-name you all to things I'll actually recognise? :D (TFL staff folks, I'm going through our lists now, so you guys don't need to bother. If you are ex-staff pls comment :D)
Just moved 160GB of TV Shows onto my computer. Wow. Yeah. orphic_dreaming had been storing them up and now I'm going to watch lotsa TV! ...though there are a few shows I've never heard of, like Burn Notice; Jeremiah and Strange. And things I've never seen like Moonlight and Rome. And then there are things I didn't think Neal would have like Drive - yay Nathan!
But first - season four of Supernatural! anfmeij;woeifna;oln! Yes indeed. I <3 Castiel!
