Vertigo is an authoring system for parser works, by Andrew Apted. It is somewhat inspired by the design of Dialog, but uses none of Dialog's code, and (as of 0.7.2) has an entirely different syntax.
Games can be executed by its own tools, or compiled to Glulx.
