To not be worth anything at all. (The meaning is the same in both positive and negative constructions.) It turns out the online college was a total scam. The degrees they were giving out are worth diddly-squat! Unless you give me something in writing, that promise isn't worth diddly-squat. Your word isn't worth diddly squat now that I know you were lying to me the whole time!
