Launching Pad was a Star Trek: Voyager fic contest for Janeway/Chakotay authors who have not won many awards. It ran in 2003, 2004, and 2005, and was hosted by Anne Rose.
Level 1 is for authors who haven't won a J/C Voyager contest yet. Level 2 is for authors who have won in Launching Pad a maximum of two times. Level 3 if for authors who have won no more than two awards in other J/C Voyager contests.
