When hunts are hard to come by after the apocalypse, you have to take what you can get. An inconspicuous haunting leads Sam and Dean to Michigan, where all of a sudden, they find themselves house owners and cohabitants of a friendly ghost. If Sam had his way, they'd not only fix their new home during the upcoming renovations but also their relationship that has become so difficult.

Prompt: 13. Sam and Dean are on a simple haunting, since hunts are hard to come by these days, and they decide they love the house-- spirit and all (who offers to arrange to bequeath it to them if they let it stick around). So they fix it up and learn to coexist with the former inhabitant.
