Tsutomu Kamishiro is a Japanese screenwriter, series composer and a manga author under the pen name Ryu Kamio (
Kamishiro is a graduate of Scenario Center[3][4] and a member of the Writers Guild of Japan.[5] His involvement with Yu-Gi-Oh! was at the request of a producer of the anime Cookin' Idol Ai! Mai! Main! who was involved with the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime at the time.[6]
