In order for this card to work better you must deplete your opponent's hand first, so cards like "Confiscation", "The Forceful Sentry" and "Delinquent Duo" work very well in order to achieve this.
Use this card in combination with "Tsukuyomi", "Mask of Darkness", and "Temple of the Kings" after your opponent has no cards in hand, in order to lock him/her down.
