Born in 1962 in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. As a critical care physician and trauma
surgeon, he transformed the Emergency and Critical Care Center at Chiba Hokuso Hospital, Nippon Medical University into one of the nation's premier trauma treatment facilities. He is also recognized as a pioneer in medical helicopter operations. First elected in the 2021 general election from Chiba's 13th district. In the Second Kishida Cabinet formed in September 2023, he served as Parliamentary Secretary for National Defense. In the Ishiba Cabinet formed in October 2024, he served as Parliamentary Secretary for Foreign Affairs.
Since the Takaichi Cabinet formed in October 2025, he has held his current position.

Hayden Adams is the Founder and CEO of Uniswap Labs and inventor of the Uniswap Protocol, the largest decentralized exchange protocol.He began building in crypto in 2017. Thomas J. Lee (Tom Lee) is one of the most widely recognized and followed macro strategists on Wall Street, with nearly 30 years of experience in macro strategy and equity research. Oli has spent more than 15 years building bank-led digital asset and fintech businesses, with global leadership experience across the US, UK, EU, Middle East, and Asia.
Prior to returning to J.P. Morgan, Oli was Managing Director and Head of Digital Assets, Americas, at Goldman Sachs, where he led the firm's digital strategy and private investments, built out its crypto trading and lending businesses, and oversaw GS DAP™, Goldman's asset tokenization platform.

In his first tenure at J.P. Morgan, as Head of Digital Assets Strategy and Quorum, Oli established and led the team that commercialized Quorum, the world's first enterprise Ethereum blockchain platform and a foundational technology of what is now Kinexys. Yoshitaka Kitao is the President and CEO of SBI Holdings Inc. He earned degrees from both Keio University (1974) and Cambridge University (1978). Prior to his role at SBI, he has held multiple positions within Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. (1974-1995) as well as Softbank Corporation (1995-1999). Kitao became the Representative Director, President of SOFTBANK INVESTMENT CORPORATION, currently SBI Holdings Inc., in 1999, and has led the company to become one of the biggest financial conglomerate in Japan.

Tadashi Yamamoto (Yamamoto) graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tokyo in 1992, and joined the Bank of Tokyo (now MUFG Bank) in the same year. He has worked as an economist in economic and financial research at the Economic Research Office and the Bank of Japan, and involved in credit risk management at the Credit Policy & Planning Division. He has also experienced management strategy formulation and governance strengthening at the Corporate Planning Division, and involved in correspondence with industry at the Japanese Bankers Association during the Great East Japan Earthquake. (Yamamoto) has served as Deputy General Manager at Planning Division for East Asia since 2017, Executive Officer and Head of Credit Policy & Planning Division since 2018, and Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Planning Division since 2021. In 2022, he was appointed as Managing Executive Officer and the Chief Strategy Officer of MUFG Bank, responsible for the bank’s overall strategy. Appointed Managing Executive Officer and Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) in 2023, and has been serving as Senior Managing Executive Officer in the same role since April 2026.

Joining SMBC (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) in 1990, Akio Isowa was engaged in corporate banking, legal affairs, corporate planning, human resources management. He established the Retail Marketing Department and IT Strategy Department as the General Manager and led the debit card business, and the UX project of their internet banking app. As the head of Transaction Business Division, he led product and sales planning for online payment services such as Bank Pay and Cotra. Since 2023, he has been leading digital innovation of the SMBC Group as the Chief Digital Innovation Officer.
