Yin and Yang Construction is proudly female-owned. Like many of you, I was raised to believe I had to stifle my feminine gifts in order to claim my place in a man's world.
I have been in the construction business for over 21 years. For a time, I believed I had to hide my femininity to be taken seriously in my industry. After years of living up to a masculine perception, I was burnt out and fed up.
After a journey of learning to embody my femininity, I found the desire to embrace the gifts of both the feminine and masculine, the yin and the yang, in order to grow my business.
