Taj Mahal held a lead through about the first half of the race with Napoleon Solo following in a close second. Then, Napoleon Solo and jockey Paco Lopez held off the early favorite, Iron Honor, to take the lead into the stretch and get his first victory of the year. Wes Moore told Hearst sister station WBAL.
