Biography
Frederick Toller was born in 1841.[1] He attended Christ's Hospital School in Hertfordshire, and was enumerated there at the 1851 England and Wales Census.[2] In 1861 he was a boarder in Clifton, Gloucestershire. [3]
He immigrated to Canada in 1866.[1]
He married Annie F Chipman in New Brunswick on 11 July 1872.[4] The family lived in Ottawa, at the Toller House.
He passed away 15 June 1920 in Ottawa. [5] as "Lieutenant-Colonel Frederick Toller, Comptroller of Currency, 1881-1910."
