Biography
Isaac Cady Howe was born in Dudley, Massachusetts on 27 Feb 1741, the son of Reverend Perley and Damaris Howe.[1] Married:
Isaac Cady Howe & Damaris Burch, Sept. 12, 1765.[2]

The town of Putnam was incorporated in 1855. It was formed by taking parts of Thomp- son, Pomfret and Killingly. The old Congregational Church at North Killingly, organized in October, 1715, thus came within its limits. Rev. J. Fisk the first pastor.
