Torrey in New England Marriages Prior to 1700 lists the Benjamin Chadwell and Elizabeth Howe/Hawes marriage as occurring 20 Dec 1666, not 1636. The Register of Publishments and Marriages for Charlestown also lists the 1666 date. If these are correct, the Find-a-Grave is wrong or represents a different couple. The Charlestown Register lists the marriages in consecutive order by date, so it is unlikely to be a typo.
