In Memoriam: Joyce (Freestone) McClellan was an active and generous member of WikiTree. Their presence in our community will be missed. However, their many contributions will live on as part of our shared family tree. This is a gift they gave to family members, distant cousins, and future generations, and is now a permanent part of their legacy.

Biography

Joyce was born in Dallas County, Iowa, in 1928.

In the 1930 census her family was in Beaver, Dallas, Iowa.^[1]

She and Wayne married on November 28, 1946, in Minburn, Iowa.

They later moved to Horicon, Wisconsin, for Wayne's job at John Deere.

Aunt Joyce, This is Marions' second youngest- Scott. I would love to view your photos and possibly have the chance to visit with you some time. I feel I know very little about my father and his family and would like for that to change.Hope you are doing well and I look forward to hearing from you.
