W Montague Cobb is Notable.

William Montague Cobb was an American physician and physical anthropologist. He was the first Black president of the NAACP and the first African American to earn a PhD in anthropology.[1]

He married Hilda B Smith by 1930 when they were enumerated with his parents and grandmother. He was an intern at a hospital.

In 1940, they and their two children were living with Hilda's parents. Cobb was a professor of anatomy at a "private university" (Howard?).

In 1950, they were still living with Hilda's parents; now with only one child; Cobb was a professor of anatomy at Howard University.
