Research Notes
He probably died after 1790 because he does not appear in the 1800 Census in Alexander County or elsewhere in the United States. There were also several Widow Alexanders living in Mecklenburg County, to the South of Iredell, in 1800. He does not appear on the 1773 Map of the Fourth Creek Congregation in the area that would become Iredell County in 1778.
