The first production build will establish the foundation for the wider multi-location rollout.

From there, the system will be adapted to each location’s appointment availability, workflows and operational requirements.

You must be able to work quickly without sacrificing reliability, identify missing logic and think clearly about edge cases.

Your main responsibility is the Retell implementation.

You should have strong hands-on experience with:

Retell AI
Voice-agent prompt engineering
Conversation, node and branching logic

Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or APIs is also valuable.

You do not need previous ophthalmology experience. We will teach you the relevant business model and patient journey.

The full rollout is expected to handle approximately 50,000 calls annually.

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce & Five9 Revenue Operations Manager to own, optimize, and continuously improve the systems that support our sales operations. The role involves managing and enhancing our Salesforce and Five9 platforms to ensure seamless integration and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing sales processes and improving CRM systems.
You Are a Strong Fit If
You can review a complicated sales operation and clearly explain:
• Why leads are not being called at the correct time
• Why scheduled callbacks are being missed
• Why representatives are wasting time
• Why the dialer is not performing as expected
• Why Salesforce and Five9 reports do not match
• Why representatives are entering inaccurate dispositions
• Why pickup or contact rates are low
• Whether caller-ID reputation is affecting performance
• Whether the problem is lead quality, system configuration, dialing strategy or representative behavior
• How to correct the issue and measure the improvement
You are proactive, analytical and comfortable taking ownership. You do not wait for users to report every problem before investigating it.

• Your experience is limited to basic Salesforce user administration.
• You have used Five9 only as an agent.
• You have never personally configured Five9 campaigns or dialing strategies.
• You have not worked in a high-volume sales or contact-center environment.
• You focus exclusively on dashboards without understanding the underlying sales process.
• You require detailed instructions for every project.
• You are uncomfortable being accountable for measurable operational improvements.
• You prefer a remote-only position.

About the Role

This is not a cold-calling seat. We already have clients, and we already have upsell opportunities sitting in the pipeline. What we need is someone who will own those relationships and drive the stalled deals to a decision — yes or no.
You will be the day-to-day commercial contact for a portfolio of existing US accounts, responsible for expanding revenue within them: identifying where we can do more, building the business case, and closing it.
If you are motivated by moving deals off "we'll circle back next quarter," this role is built for you.
What You'll Own
Account coverage. Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for an assigned book of existing US clients. Maintain regular cadence — not just when we want something.
Pipeline reactivation. Take ownership of open upsell opportunities that have gone quiet. Diagnose why they stalled, re-engage the right stakeholders, and drive them to a close or a clean disqualification.
Expansion identification. Map accounts to surface additional buying centers and unmet needs across our service lines (Salesforce/Agentforce, data engineering, cybersecurity, managed IT, custom software, cloud).
Deal execution. Build proposals, coordinate solution and delivery teams for scoping, run pricing conversations, and manage the deal through to signature.
Forecast hygiene. Keep CRM current. Every open opportunity has a next step, a date, and an honest close probability.
Renewal protection. Flag account risk early and escalate.
What You'll Need
2+ years in B2B technology sales — inside sales, account management, BDR/SDR with closing responsibility, or similar. Direct experience selling to US-based buyers strongly preferred.
A track record of closing, not just sourcing. Show us deals you moved across the line.
Comfort selling technical services (software development, cloud, data, or security) to both technical and business stakeholders. You don't need to code; you do need to hold a credible conversation.
Excellent written and spoken English. You will be on video with US executives.
Consultative selling instincts — able to diagnose a client's problem before pitching a solution.
Willingness to work US Eastern hours consistently. This is non-negotiable and central to the role.
CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Nice to Have
Experience at an IT services, consulting, or outsourcing firm.
Familiarity with a sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Command of the Message).
Exposure to any of: Salesforce ecosystem, ETL/data platforms, cybersecurity services, MSP offerings.
