In case you just stumbled upon this devlog, I am Adrienne, also known as insertdisc5! I am the creator of timeloop RPG In Stars and Time, and now am working on my next game, memory visual novel Truth Scrapper. It’s gonna be a good one.
For this month, I’m gonna talk about my illustration process! All my secrets, revealed.
This is my illustration template for Truth Scrapper! I always start with my template, which contains many things i need always. It’s a 1920x1080. I work on Clip Studio Paint, which has everything I need!

But, even if Truth Scrapper doesn’t have as religious themes as In Stars And Time did, what would TS’ belief be (at least where the girls are)?
QUESTION ASKER!!! the religion in the game is "Artisanism", which is the belief in two gods: the Great Artisan, who created and Saturated the world, and the Judge Critic, who looked at the world and deemed it worthy. the religion will play an important role!
when you were first thinking up truthscrapper, whos the first character you created? was there any strong side character concepts you had from day one?
sosotte was first! the concept was immediately about an amnesiac character who only remembers whats in her book, and it grew from there

Would be curious to hear any thoughts you're open to sharing about MXTX's work (or just SVSSS)! I recently started reading her novels despite not being a huge romance person, and it's been interesting to slowly chew through things and hear what it is that other people are so passionate about with them. I feel like I don't see a lot of people talk about SVSSS relative to the other two!

idk theyre just so yummy... they have so many facets... to themselves and their relationship... are they teacher and disciple. are they mortal enemies. are they misunderstood star crossed lovers. or. are they. the worst couple youve ever met. i love them
TGCF i like less, just because to me its a B- mystery series with an A+++ romance sideplot. i actually never finished it but read a lot of fanfic... because i ran out of svsss fics to read.... i like san lang a whole lot....
and i read half of the first volume of mdzs and i did not like it. maybe one day
